Description:
Calgary Alternative Day Options is looking for a Community Support Partner, responsible for the client's daily activities. The successful applicant would focus on the client's dreams, goals and needs and support them to reach these goals, increase their strengths and reflect their interests. Other responsibilities will include an annual ISP review, assistance with program evaluation and some marketing activities.There are some administration tasks required with this position, including meetings, committee participation, monthly reports per client and up to date case notes.
Required Education:
Human/Social Services Diploma an asset.
Required Training:
Police Check. First Aid/CPR. Abuse Protocol. CPI.
Valid drivers' license with access to a vehicle.
Experience:
A minimum 2 years working with populations with a broad range of disabilities.
Other Required Skills:
Any outreach experience is an asset.
