Description:
Job Description: Walk arounds on a random schedule ensuring outside doors are locked and secured. - Ensure only tenants and supervised guests are in the building. - Mediate any potential problems between tenants and guests, or any outside agencies. - Light janitorial duties. - Intervention, support, and recreational services for tenants as situations arise. - Maintain communication log and write up incident reports when required. Required Education:
Minimum first year college or university education in Criminology, Social Work or related field.
Required Training:
First Aid, Occupational Health and Safety, Abuse Protocol, Police Check
Experience:
Experience with mental health issues and crisis intervention is an asset.
