Business Coach - Day Program
Calgary Alternative Day Options is an exciting day program dedicated to supporting persons with developmental disabilities to pursue their interests in recreation, employment and volunteering.
A Business Coach is responsible for supporting clients to develop and operate a successful business. The specific business for this position is an organic garden which includes the planting, care, and selling of organic garden products grown in greenhouse and community garden settings.

- Required Education:
Diploma or Degree in Community Rehabilitation or related field
- Required Training Certifications:
First Aid, CPR, CPI
- Experience:
Background in gardening and business operations is an asset.
- Other Required Skills:
Highly motivated to work independently and collaboratively with other staff and stakeholders.
