Outreach Support Worker-4on/4off
Provide full supports to two male adults. Personal care required for one adult. Provide home supports for both individuals; facilitate day program access. Provide any medical needs. Schedule - 4 days on and 4 days off, weekdays 3 to 11 p.m. awake and 11 to 7am asleep. Saturday and Sunday 24 hours.
Competition closes Sept. 8 (as)
- Required Education:
Diploma or Degree of a Human Service nature is beneficial, but not required.
- Required Training Certifications:
First Aid, CPI and Medication Administration
In-house training is available.- Experience:
Experience with autism preferred.
