Relief Worker - Residential
- Required Education:
Any education in the human services field is a plus.
- Required Training Certifications:
Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health issues.
- Other Required Skills:
CASS offers a variety of residential models to our individuals. You could be providing support to an individual who lives independently and only requires some support or to individuals who live in a 24 hour staffing model who require much more support.
Some of our residential models have a requirement for day program supports as well. This is usually community based activities which the individual chooses to engage in . It can range from recreation and leisure activities such as swimming or computer classes, etc. to volunteer placements, etc.
