Welcome to our new website!
As you can see, our website has been given a complete makeover.
This development has been a long time coming as the previous incarnation had been in service for well over 10 years and was clearly getting long in the tooth.
A big thank you is owed to the CASS Communications Committee that has been working towards this goal for the better part of a year.
In fact, this initiative can trace its roots back to a larger branding and engagement strategy that started in 2016. One of the action items identified at that time was to re-develop our website in an effort to do a better job of speaking to the community at large. It’s not enough for us to celebrate our successes around the boardroom. CASS and the individuals that we serve need our stories to be shared across the community in order to achieve our vision, mission, and mandate.
We need to demonstrate the value that we provide as an agency dedicated to supporting people, and the importance of the human services and disability services sector in general.
We need to help community understand the value of inclusion and diversity in order to establish their buy-in which in turn creates new opportunities for inclusion and partnership.
We need to solicit and develop community partnerships far and wide from like-minded organizations, to employers, to government and beyond.
We need to attract qualified, dedicated and engaged staff in order to meet these objectives.
Telling our stories is how we achieve those outcomes and this website is central to that undertaking.
We will continue to add more success stories and highlight additional CASS groups, and community partnerships in the days and weeks to come.
Thanks for stopping by and leave a comment to let us know what you think!
P.S. If you have a CASS success story to share, send an email to coms@c-a-s-s.org.
